Join Coach Jah Washington for his first ever kettlebell seminar at The Movement Workshop in Burlington, Massachusetts.
In this session you can expect the following:
1) Warm up drills to improve shoulder, thoracic, hip, and ankle mobility.
2) Review basic strength exercises (i.e. squats, deadlifts, rows, presses, etc).
3) Practice the clean, swing, and snatch.
4) Dive into exercise progressions and regressions.
5) Learn how to create complexes and flows.
6) Discuss how to program for yourself and/or clients.
